Kids Cricket in South Belfast at Derriaghy Cricket Club
At Derriaghy Cricket Club, we believe kids’ cricket should be fun, inclusive, and inspiring. Based just outside South Belfast & Lisburn, our junior section is one of the most active in the region — welcoming boys and girls aged 5 to 17 for weekly coaching, matches, and club events throughout the season.

We take child welfare seriously. All our coaches and volunteers are AccessNI-checked, and we follow all safeguarding guidelines to ensure a safe and supportive space for every child.
Junior Cricket Teams from U9 to U17
We offer competitive teams at Under-9, U11, U13, U15, and U17 levels, giving young cricketers the chance to take part in matches, leagues, and local tournaments across kids cricket in South Belfast, Lisburn and beyond.

Many of our junior players started without ever having held a bat or ball — all they needed was a bit of enthusiasm (and maybe some sun cream). First sessions are often free, so come along and give it a go!
